He excelled during data collection and his detailed analyses revealed needs and patterns that were frequently disregarded by all previous attempts to offer the optimal experience. He also managed to organize a great volume of data and content and created deliverables that made the team communicate their findings and solutions easily, avoiding friction and misconceptions. Above all, working with Dimitris during this project was a breath of fresh air and played an important role in making a demanding project flow gracefully.
